My initial issue was a policy issue regarding "card only" payment at a store being exclusionary..

However now my complaint, has escalated, into that Starbucks have ignored me on email, Facebook messenger, and other social channels, after multiple contact attempts (I have seen others, LATER posts answered, but mine has been ignored)

I'm very angry with Starbucks for ignoring my complaint, which I feel is shocking customer service #boycott

This evening I was given a Egg Mayonnaise with Dijon Mustard sandwich, and two slices of cake by a volunteer on Berkeley Street W1, London and it was absolutely FABULOUS.
I am homeless & rough-sleeping in Zone 1 London and have this is the 1st time I have been offered items from the Starbucks brand, it beats all the others hands-down.
A BIG BIG thank you to Starbucks and the people delivering their products to the homeless ....

The lady working in your Harlow Branch today with brown hair makes going to your coffee shop very unpleasant. She does not speak to other members of staff with any respect and I can honestly say, I wont be returning. Rude woman.

Waiting and waiting for a response to my complaint from customer service. Days and days with nothing.
They don’t seem to care that I was charged twice! App didn’t work so they made me pay on my bank card only to find out later that the app had actually worked and deducted from there too!
So disappointed as Starbucks has always been one of my favourite brands.

Grimsby store is disgusting, very dirty, tables, chairs, floors and walls all stained and grubby. Hardly any choice in food. The fridge area had three sandwiches in and cake selection minimal.
Even the advertising merchandise stand is empty.
Staff rude and not engaging with anyone. Definitely not Starbucks standard.

I don’t personally like Costa coffee but I can see why they are always busy, unlike Starbucks who close half the cafe off, nothing like advertising for customers to come in when the seating areas are closed off.

Bad treatment and I did not get a good Coffe it was not a good experience.

Starbucks Cheltenham (Tewkesbury Road)
Drive in closed as so busy and understaffed.
Only 3 staff on who’d been in since 7am with no break (we were there at 2pm). Shop was in a mess, rubbish everywhere and chaotic. Long wait for drinks.

Ordered a latte, 2 chocolate frappes and two cookies to drink in. Waited ages, drinks came in take away cups a cookies that were hard in a bag. I asked you don’t do cup and saucers then, they said I can top them into one if you like??? Not one clean table, mess all over the floor. Had to clean my own table. Never step foot in one again.

Regularly visit the Portsmouth (Burrfields) drive through, cant really speak for other Starbucks to well as this is the only one I found that can produce a caramel Latte to the same consistency.
Staff always polite and quick service

I ordered a tea at an airport Starbucks and they mixed the milk with the hot water without putting a teabag in - it wasn’t possible to make a proper tea with the lukewarm liquid .. and it cost about £4

Really good coffee shop experience. Lovely Latte. Tasted fantastic. Cheaper than Costa. Better tasting decaff coffee. Great staff. Very kind and helpful. Lovely new looked store of some several months only in Sainsbury's in East Grinstead in West Sussex. Will definitely go there again.

Nice new look tables and chairs. Bar stools side seating area. Nice "jungle room corner" with comfy chairs and rainforest with animals paintings to wall, and nice atmosphere. I really enjoyed their coffee. Nice relaxing feeling instore.

Been there three times now. Very impressed with coffee, staff, and understand there is free Wi-Fi too which is helpful.
